High performance team development

The most effective team development occurs when a team is meeting a genuine challenge, solving a real life problem, or making a real life decision. The learning takes place when there is someone responsible for giving team members feedback on their performance, coaching for improved performance, and aiding the team to make those agreements which will allow them to continue the process as a regular part of their ongoing work.

Sometimes these learning moments take place within the context of a strategic planning meeting or an off-site. Our master facilitators will work with your organization to design and facilitate this event. During the session, the team will create an action plan with outcomes and accountabilities and measures of success. Together we will develop a follow up process to ensure plans are implemented.
