Training and certifying trainers

You have a large organization, you have internal expertise, and you want to initiate one of the programs we have profiled. How can you leverage your talent with our experience? Give us an opportunity to work with your trainers to certify them in our materials, and bring the expertise internally.

In addition to certifying your trainers on our materials, we can train your employees to be trainers and facilitators. Our faculty have taught in university certificate programs as well as corporate and non-profit environments. We teach a facilitative method, encouraging information flow and dynamic interaction among participants, honoring their experience and supporting adult learning principles.

CASE STUDY:

While working with an organization to provide training, the organization was purchased and the two cultures merged. Herrerias & Associates facilitated a strategic planning session for the newly joined groups to realign their loyalties from separate organizations to cross-functional partnerships. The two day session resulted in a list of action plans with implementation dates and accountabilities, designed to bring the organization cash flow positive in six months.
