State and Local Taxation Update

Background:  A frequent speaker to professional groups and author of articles on taxation, Dan specializes in multi-state sales and use taxation, including transaction consulting.  He consults to many national and international companies on sales and use tax, and his practice also covers the constantly changing sales and use issues emerging from online sales and marketing.    Dan previously was a partner in a Big 4 accounting firm's state and local tax practice, and a business taxes administrator with the State Board of Equalization.   He is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and was Chair of the CalCPA Sales & Use Tax Symposium.
